The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max Attention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. Responsibilities As CoE Expert Consultant for Procurement Areas, analyze End to End Procurement Process of our global customers and present findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. Design and optimize complex IT landscapes on which our largest customers run their businesses. Support functional design validation workshops, identify risks, and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and system automation. Support customer implementations and best practices for business processes; suggest ideas to improve customer productivity and maximize satisfaction. Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and functional skills, provide solutions, and deliver services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas. Support critical customer situations and drive issues to resolution. Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba. End-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA and Ariba is highly desired. Experience in business process analysis and reengineering. Basic knowledge of ABAP programming. Good communication and presentation skills. Ready to travel 30% for All Americas Region. Location Bogota (Colombia) Language Skills English – Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including LATAM and North America (US & Canada).
