Build your ambition with us Overview Position: Procurement Analyst Manage purchasing requests from the creation of catalogs and purchase orders, to their follow-up and monitoring, in order to ensure the complete purchasing process is completed within the deadlines of the SLAS (Service Level Agreements) and in compliance with company policy. Responsibilities Create and/or modify requisitions and purchase orders to ensure the processing and payment of supplier invoices. Build reports and create operational reports to ensure the follow-up and release of purchase orders, as well as the updating of SAP contracts. Manage requests and/or claims received through different communication channels, related to purchases, in compliance with the service level agreed for this task. Validate compliance with the purchasing policy regarding amounts, approvals, quotes, and others; for received purchasing requests to ensure the correct sending of the purchase order. Train end-users in the different purchasing processes and provide updates on them to ensure the efficient flow of the process. Store and update contracts considered high-budget, according to internal policies, in the Jaggaer tool, to keep the repository of negotiations up to date. Requirements Professional or a final-semester student in administrative careers, international business, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production or materials engineering, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, finance, or accounts payable processes. Intermediate-advanced Excel SAP knowledge (desirable). Compensation and Benefits Salary: $3.000.000 COP + Language bonus (B2 Level): $517.000 COP 4 extra-legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each. Annual corporate performance bonus.
