BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 11 Months Job Type: FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) Pay Range: $55 - $57 /hr on W2. Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst, Procurement M&A Integration to support procurement integration activities for acquired companies. This role partners closely with the Procurement M&A Sr. Manager to integrate supplier bases, manage large data sets, and support training and adoption of interim and end‑state procurement processes. The role is highly cross‑functional and critical to minimizing disruption during acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Execute procurement integration strategy for acquired companies with minimal business disruption Identify shared and net‑new suppliers and define appropriate transition strategies Develop and maintain a prioritized supplier transition roadmap Drive supplier transitions in collaboration with acquired companies, Purchasing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams Manage the transition of contingent workers into Salesforce programs Own and manage large datasets supporting end‑to‑end integration activities Track and report on integration status, risks, and synergy targets Prepare and deliver regular status reports and stakeholder communications Respond quickly to service or business disruptions and drive resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate, Security, and other M&A functional teams Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, client services, or program/project management Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self‑starter with strong ownership and follow‑through Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay (P2P) processes Understanding of supplier contracts and commercial terms Experience working on or with the Salesforce platform Project management experience or certification (PMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) Must‑Have Skills Advanced spreadsheet skills Ability to independently manage day‑to‑day work and follow up with stakeholders Strong attention to detail Optional Skills Coupa We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well‑being.
