This role involves handling sensitive information, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining an organized CRM system to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Identifying opportunities to enhance CRM workflows and improving data accuracy Performing intake processes for new cases and clients Setting up, configuring, and maintaining the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality Assisting in managing Workers’ Compensation cases, including coordinating documentation and communication with relevant parties Retrieving and organizing medical records and other required documentation promptly and accurately Integrating information and documents into the CRM for accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval What We’re Looking For: At least two years of experience in an administrative setting Experience with CRM systems (setup, integration, and management) Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation processes is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
