Base pay range US-based personal injury firm seeks amazing, experienced case manager. We help people who have been injured in accidents get the money that they need to pay their medical bills and live a better life. We know that being severely injured can place significant emotional and financial strain on our clients, and we do our best to alleviate that strain. We are looking for a person to help in our litigation department with processing our clients' injury claims. This person would be a self-starter, proactive, driven, with a see-it-through attitude who loves speaking with clients and needs minimal supervision. This is a person who can bring their organizational, communication, and administrative skills to our busy law firm. The right fit will be comfortable on the phone and a master of keeping on task, following up, and delivering on time. This person needs to thrive within a system with structure and guidance. EST Responsibilities: Maintain bi-weekly communication with the clients and obtaining satisfaction surveys monthly Complete discovery requests within strict deadlines Calling clients to answer interrogatory questions accurately Ensuring clients gather and submit necessary documents for discovery requests Keep case files up to date Assist clients with finding the right treatment providers for their injuries and assisting in navigating logistical issues that may arise during their treatment/recovery and the litigation process. Serve as a liaison between the client and the law firm, as well as the medical providers Request liens from medical providers and insurance companies Update the clients about the status of their cases during the litigation process Review medical records and report important injury information to supervising attorneys Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and team members to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule, maintaining accountability for deadlines and case management progress. Manage and oversee a caseload of 60+ active litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient progress on each matter while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail. Education & Experience Requirements: 2 or more years of experience as a case manager for a personal injury law firm Experience handling incoming discovery requests is a must Great command of the English language (Verbal and Written) Great command of the Spanish language (Verbal and Written) A proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability in managing cases and client relationships. Ability to manage a caseload of 50 pre-suit active cases efficiently and effectively, balancing competing priorities. Other Requirements Must have good, stable internet and own a camera for Zoom meetings. Salary & Benefits Salary: $1,500 USD per month with additional performance compensation available that could add up to an extra $1,500 per month in earnings.
