Legal Assistant - Personal Injury (California Law & Litigation) I’m helping Neuah Consulting find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Legal Assistant - Personal Injury (California Law & Litigation) . You will drive case resolution and deliver justice for clients in high-volume litigation. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Legal research, Legal assistance, Case management. English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST. Full-time. Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution, including organizing evidence, medical records, and case files. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and settlement packages with minimal supervision. Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently. Skills and qualifications: Experience in litigation. At least 2 years of experience in personal injury in California. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a large caseload efficiently. Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining professionalism.
