Position: Maintenance & Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution of the maintenance program which includes preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, with varying scope, timelines and capital expenditures. Provides adequate tools and training necessary to implement those programs. Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for equipment lifecycle optimization, cost control, crewing optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and implements projects. Ensures the right projects prioritization. Monitors project progress, modifies plans and initiates corrective actions.
  • Manage the people, permanent and temporary plant workforce. Provides support and guidance to people managed and ensures compliance with policies/procedures for crewing, shift rotation, vacation scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred; automation, electronic, mechatronic, or related field considered).
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance for manufacturing plants.
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
