About the role We are seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist who is creative, detail‑oriented, and highly proactive. In this role, you will work directly under the Marketing Director and contribute to a wide range of initiatives across social media, video production, paid media support, SEO, web publishing, CRM flows, and offline marketing. This position is ideal for a hands‑on digital marketer with strong content creation skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. What you’ll be doing Content & Social Media Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Edit short‑form videos (Reels/Shorts) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or OpusClip. Design static and motion graphics using Canva and Adobe tools. Write clear, engaging copy for posts, stories, and educational content. Run A/B tests on hooks, formats, and visuals to improve performance. Paid Media Support Produce and refine creative variations for Meta Ads campaigns. Support headline, messaging, and visual testing. Assist with implementing tracking pixels and UTM parameters. Web & SEO Execution Perform keyword research and assist with blog publishing. Conduct outreach for backlinks and external mentions.
