Overview Content & Social Media Specialist - 0878 - Colombia at Bionic Talent. The role focuses on creating, designing, and managing digital content that enhances the firm’s professional image and strengthens engagement with its audience. What you’ll be doing Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Design branded graphics and visuals with overlays that align with the firm’s professional identity Create content calendars and plan regular posting schedules in coordination with the client Collaborate with the client for input on topics and messaging, then independently produce creative content Manage and monitor social media accounts, engagement, and follower interactions Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and design across all social channels Track social media performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytics Stay updated on social media trends and best practices for professional services industries Who are we looking for? 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management Strong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) Proven ability to manage social media channels for professional brands or agencies Excellent written communication and storytelling skills Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting Experience collaborating with US-based clients and law firms is preferred.
