Overview About the client: Our client is a professional painting company specializing in residential and commercial projects. They focus on high-quality service and excellent customer experiences. The company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage incoming leads, support customers, and help drive bookings for painting projects. What you’ll be doing Answer inbound calls from leads and existing clients. Make outbound calls to new leads and reactivate old leads/projects. Book estimates and handle objections effectively to maximize conversions. Follow “speed to lead” best practices by contacting leads immediately as they come in. Manage and update CRM (Dripjobs) for all client interactions. Provide customer support as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Assist with project coordination when necessary. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales Comfortable and confident handling phone conversations. Excellent English communication skills with no accent. Detail-oriented and organized, able to follow established processes. Experience with CRM systems (Dripjobs preferred) is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
