Project Deployment and Support – LATAM Location: Bogota, with opportunities to travel across the LATAM region. Overview: As a key member of our LATAM operations, you will spearhead project deployments, provide technical support, and manage documentation to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Project Management deployments, overseeing factory/staging tests, system integration, and interoperability management. Execute system configurations and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards. Collaborate with customer technical staff on-site, conduct site acceptance tests, and resolve implementation issues. Track progress, follow up, and proactively resolve project issues. Technical Support Provide responsive support via phone, email, and on-site visits to promptly resolve incidents. Analyze technical issues, deliver tailored solutions, and manage test platforms for thorough evaluation. Validate patches and hot fixes, and support pre‑sales and engineering teams. Empower customers with comprehensive training and support. Administration and Documentation Maintain the CRM database and curate a knowledge base of technical notes. Craft meticulous maintenance documentation and enhance support processes. Contribute to product documentation, including datasheets, release notes, and manuals. Desired Experience Engineering diploma in computer science, engineering, or related fields. Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (Portuguese) is advantageous. Previous customer support and/or R&D experience. Strong Linux administration skills and deep understanding of corporate networking principles. Proficiency in container virtualization (Docker, Podman) and familiarity with Kubernetes. Knowledge of video streaming protocols and digital video technologies. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel within LATAM (30–50%) and availability for occasional 24x7 support.
