Job Description Problem‑solve and troubleshoot infrastructure for enterprise customers (Level 1/2/3 network issues). Achieve defined KPIs & SLAs for server performance. Engage customers writtenly and verbally to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively involve Technical Leads/Management in resolving critical issues. Write technical documents covering best practices and troubleshooting approaches for products/issues. Mentor new hires. Cooperate with stakeholders to drive issues to resolution. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot blades and rack servers. Your Profile English level B2. Prior troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of common LAN, WAN, and datacenter architectures.
