During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We look forward to meeting you Job description You will play a key role in overseeing fleet activities, focusing on client orientation, hardware platforms, organizational skills, and purchasing management. Your efforts will help ensure the smooth functioning and timely availability of fleet resources, directly impacting operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Profile Requirement Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, including assignments, status, and documentation. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers Negotiate prices and source new suppliers Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, and safety standards. Manage asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal. Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to fleet assignments. Generate regular performance and cost reports, identifying areas for improvement. Implement fleet optimization strategies (cost reduction, standardization, etc.). Your Profile Experience in fleet management, office management, or procurement. English fluent and Spanish. You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You demonstrate adaptability and a proactive attitude.
