Data Management and BI Specialist Join Merck Healthcare as a Data Management and BI Specialist to create value through smart use of data and digital tools. You will design and manage customer‑centric BI solutions that support decision‑making by ensuring high‑quality data, efficient processes, and impactful visualizations. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports. Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources; manage ETL processes to ensure accuracy and availability. Support cluster‑level data standardization, ensuring alignment across markets. Improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide training on BI tools and data usage. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience, including 2–4 years working with databases. Strong skills in Power BI; desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and AI. Intermediate–advanced English. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
