Data & BI Specialist
que transforme datos en información accionable para crear un mejor día a día para las personas.
¿Qué harás?
- Crear y transformar datos para reportes y dashboards que impulsen decisiones estratégicas y operativas.
- Apoyar la integración de datos entre sistemas internos y externos.
- Colaborar en proyectos de automatización y gobernanza de datos.
- Validar modelos analíticos y proponer mejoras continuas.
- Explorar nuevas herramientas y metodologías para optimizar procesos.
- Explorar aplicaciones iniciales de Inteligencia Artificial para automatizar análisis y generar insights en procesos de datos.
¿Qué necesitas traer?
- Título en Ingeniería Industrial, Informática o afines.
- +2 años de experiencia
en análisis de datos y herramientas BI. - Conocimientos en
SQL y Python
, bases de datos y herramientas como
Power BI, Tableau o Looker. - Inglés intermedio (lectura y escritura).
- Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y trabajo colaborativo.
