Overview BI Analyst (Senior/Lead) role at AgileEngine. The team seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making. You will create advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Tableau; Power BI experience is a plus. You will leverage SQL to prepare datasets, distill complex information into actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and develop dashboards and reports in Tableau (and Tableau Server). Prepare datasets using SQL and optimize queries; translate business questions into analyses. Build data visualizations and data stories that inform stakeholders and drive decisions. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analyst roles. 4+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including dashboards/reports from scratch. 4+ years of SQL development experience with ability to design, write, and optimize queries. Data storytelling and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Upper-Intermediate English.
