Job Summary As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data, reports, and business intelligence to aircraft operators and internal application users. You will work closely with engineering to understand data sources and ensure accuracy, while partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful insights. This role plays a key part in helping customers and internal teams make informed, data-driven decisions by transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to aircraft operators and other stakeholders. Collaborate with aircraft operators to understand their data needs and provide tailored business intelligence solutions that support their daily operations. Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within aviation operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analysis. Support the design and implementation of data models and data architecture to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities. Monitor and manage data quality, performing regular audits to ensure the reliability of business intelligence outputs. Provide training and support to users on Power BI and other data tools to promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and Power BI to continuously improve our reporting and analytical capabilities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the aviation industry. Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
