We are looking for a highly detail‑oriented DSP BI / Fleet Analyst to support our operations team with fleet auditing, invoice reconciliation, and data analysis. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy across fleet expenses, vendor invoices, and internal reporting. This is not a junior or basic data‑entry role. The ideal candidate is analytical, process‑driven, and comfortable working with structured SOPs, complex data flows, and recurring audits. Key Responsibilities Audit and reconcile fleet-related invoices on a recurring basis (monthly fleet audit + weekly variable invoices) Review, validate, and upload data according to existing SOPs Analyze discrepancies between vendor invoices, internal records, and system data Prepare and organize supporting documentation for client communication Assist with basic invoice creation and review in Xero Log into vendor portals (including Amazon) to verify invoice approvals and statuses Prepare summary findings to be shared with clients after audits Follow clearly documented workflows while identifying inconsistencies or issues Tools & Systems Used Spreadsheet-based analysis (Google Sheets / Excel) Vendor platforms and portals (e.g., Amazon) Internal SOP documentation and audit checklists Requirements Strong experience in data analysis, reconciliation, or audit-related roles Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and structured processes High attention to detail — accuracy is critical Ability to follow SOPs while flagging inconsistencies or exceptions Experience working with U.S.-based companies is a strong plus Strong written English skills (client-facing summaries and emails) Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks Nice to Have Background in BI, operations analytics, or accounting support Experience with fleet management, logistics, or operational audits Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting tools Experience working in compliance-heavy or process-driven environments Time Commitment & Structure Approximately 1.5 weeks per month dedicated to fleet auditing Ongoing weekly variable invoice work Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Fully remote Who This Role Is For Enjoys working with data, audits, and structured workflows Is methodical, organized, and proactive Understands that accuracy and consistency matter more than speed Is comfortable working behind the scenes supporting operational decisions Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at My Remote Hire by 2x.
