Misión del rol Diseñar, ejecutar y escalar la estrategia de marketing de WeiBook para generarleads calificados, mejorar la conversión del embudo y aportarrevenue predecibleal negocio. Responsabilidades principales Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing Canales, mensajes, audiencias y prioridades alineadas al crecimiento del negocio. Generar demanda con foco en calidad, no volumen Leads que lleguen listos para demo y cierre. Diseñar y optimizar el embudo Marketing → Ventas SLAs claros con el equipo comercial y seguimiento continuo de KPIs. Liderar performance y growth Gestión directa de canales como: Meta Ads Google Ads Contenido y SEO Alianzas y eventos Construir y liderar el equipo de marketing Performance, contenido, automatización y branding con objetivos claros. Definir métricas, dashboards y reporting CPL, CAC, conversión, pipeline influenciado y revenue atribuido. Trabajar de la mano con Ventas, Producto y Operaciones Feedback continuo para mejorar mensajes, pricing y onboarding. ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Experiencia mínima de 4–6 años en marketing, idealmente en: SaaS Startups B2B Negocios de suscripción Experiencia liderando equipos de marketing. Background fuerte en performance y growth, no solo branding. Capacidad probada de generar pipeline y revenue desde marketing. Mentalidad analítica y orientada a datos.
