Job Description Inside Sales Specialist Residential Solar (f/m/x) – Netherlands (based in Madrid) About Otovo Otovo’s mission is to make residential energy systems simple, reliable, and accessible across Europe. We operate across multiple European markets, delivering solar PV, energy storage, EV charging, and related services through a combination of in‑house teams and trusted partners. About The Role Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full‑time position based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure. Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition. Your Responsibilities Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C) in the Netherlands Advise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls Guide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closing Prepare and present customized offers Build and maintain your own customer network Collaborate closely with the Pre‑Sales team (e.g., appointment setting and lead qualification) Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performance Track and improve results based on clear KPIs What We Offer Hybrid work model from Madrid while serving the Dutch market Salary range: €28,000 – €30,000 base + uncapped commissions Corporate benefits, restaurant and transportation benefits Private healthcare Language classes Up to 4 weeks remote work per year Free fruit and beverages at the office Opportunities to grow in an international, fast‑growing company Structured onboarding from day one Qualified leads, phone lists, and pre‑scheduled video calls Modern CRM and sales tools Collaboration with a leading European renewable energy company Your Profile Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not required Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (required) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and strong results orientation Structured, independent, and proactive working style Why Otovo?
