If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others find the right opportunity, we’d love to meet you What You’ll Be Doing Spot Great Talent: Lead initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit. Share Key Insights: Deliver clear and thoughtful candidate summaries to hiring managers with actionable recommendations. Keep It Organized: Manage candidate data and updates in our internal tracking system. Make it Happen: Coordinate interviews and follow-ups so the process is seamless for both candidates and teams. Get the Word Out: Write and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms, tailored to our hiring needs. Seal the Deal: Support offer delivery and onboarding, helping new hires feel welcomed and set up for success. Support other HR-related tasks and administrative responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment, with a strong grasp of sourcing and headhunting strategies. Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools. Experience managing "cuota SENA" process. English level: C1 or higher — both written and spoken. Energetic, people-oriented, and a team player. Logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required.
