Business Development Executive | Remote, EST Schedule Calls Experts is an international provider of contact center solutions with over 15 years of experience serving the North American market. Our AI-driven platform, CLAI, helps organizations improve customer interactions, streamline workflows, and enhance sales outcomes. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive who will help expand our presence by arranging online and in-person meetings between local businesses and our Supervisors/Senior team members. This role suits candidates who are confident engaging with company leaders, understand B2B outreach, and know how to create strong initial connections that lead to qualified opportunities. Main Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B prospects within the local market Reach out to decision-makers through calls and digital channels to introduce Calls Experts and the CLAI platform Coordinate virtual and on-site meetings for Supervisors and senior leadership Assess potential opportunities and collect essential information for the sales pipeline Keep CRM records updated and organized Build early-stage relationships and maintain communication until handoff Monitor outreach metrics and consistently meet weekly/monthly targets Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine prospecting strategies Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or appointment setting Ability to communicate confidently with executives and present high-level value propositions Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or similar industries is preferred Knowledge of CRM tools and dialing systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Comfortable working in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST Professional attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn Technical Requirements CPU score minimum 4000 (AMD or Intel i5 8th gen or newer) Compensation Monthly performance bonus: up to 1000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
