We are looking for a passionate and skilled Part‑Time Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. In this role, you will create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize search, display, and video ads on Google to increase website traffic and conversions. Develop and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, ensuring ads align with LunaJoy’s goals and values. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure it meets set KPIs. Allocate the advertising budget across platforms for maximum ROI. Implement audience targeting and segmentation based on data‑driven insights. Collaborate closely with the LunaJoy team to align marketing campaigns with overall strategies. Qualifications Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other campaign management platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Nice to Haves Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $8 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
