What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Local Growth & Reputation Blueprint – Plan and carry out full local search plans focused on achieving success in the Houston market. Manage Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and patient reviews. Ads and Appointment Strategy – Plan and run high-impact Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets, create retargeting plans, and support Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. Integrated Content Strategy & Brand Trust – Create a full content plan for social media, showcasing doctors, patient stories, and maintaining a clear, professional brand voice. Data-Driven Growth & Planning – Use data (KPIs: website traffic, new patient numbers) to make decisions, write monthly reports, and provide proactive ideas for growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field. Clear success in Digital Marketing. Strong working knowledge of Google Business Profile, local SEO practices, and Google Ads campaigns. Experience with Meta Ads and planning social media content. Analytical mindset with ability to track, evaluate, and improve conversion funnels. Advanced English skills for communication with the Houston-based team and medical content. Proactive, self-starter, independent, results-focused. A Big Plus (Nice to Have) Experience with U.S. healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA).
