Implementation Project Manager Nue.io is a next-generation CPQ and revenue automation platform designed for modern SaaS and subscription-based businesses. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that add significant value to customers and help innovate across the organization. Deliverables include project implementation, client engagement, and process improvements. Job Role and Responsibilities Provide weekly and monthly updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Manage sprint and project phases, navigating cross‑functional teams both internal and external. Lead and participate in strategic initiatives impacting tactical approaches. Develop and present value propositions to customers. Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives. Identify gaps between actual and planned outcomes, propose solutions and drive resolutions. Provide product team with customer use cases and feedback to improve ease of use and customer delight. Collaborate with Sales to develop Statements of Work (SOW). Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, continuously improving delivery timelines. Manage change order processes effectively. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the implementation experience. Conduct successful intake from Sales and handoff to Customer Success Management (CSM) and Support. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in Customer Engagement roles. Prior experience with billing, CPQ, or revenue recognition engagements with Enterprise customers. Strong understanding of APIs and integrations with customer ecosystems. Technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Experience leading key projects and strategic customer programs. Strong documentation and presentation skills; creative thinking and hands‑on delivery competence. Thought leadership and strategic thinking. Analytical skills to assess pros and cons of decisions and options. Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage complex project objectives independently. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Facilitation skills in leading meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. Strong customer orientation and proactive action. Active listening to ensure feedback drives new initiatives and identifies improvement areas. Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and core capabilities. Knowledge of billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial systems. Excellent spoken and written English. Willingness to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
