Managing billions in media, our dynamic team––of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists––challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. A day in the life: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis. You will support the Analyst Team, who specialise in conducting audits to evaluate the health of marketing programmes being run by both: 1) brands we aim to work with (New Business) and 2) brands we currently work with (Service Expansion). You will be responsible for running the forecasting analysis for each brand. We’re looking for somebody great with data, a problem‑solver, strategic, and who carries a great attitude throughout the day. This role will require managing workflow across multiple concurrent accounts, projects, and teams, requiring proactive, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. You’ll work out of our task management software, Asana, to coordinate delivery with other teammates. You are part of a high‑performing team that gets projects completed on time and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and forward‑thinking agency environment. The specific tasks can vary depending on the projects, the brand, and the business needs. Responsibilities MMM Execution: Build and validate MMMs to analyse the effectiveness and ROI of various marketing channels and business drivers. Forecast and Scenario Planning: Analyse model outputs to provide actionable insights on marketing performance, media effectiveness, and channel attribution. Use MMMs to create business and marketing forecasts. Develop "what‑if" scenarios to project the impact of changes in marketing spend or strategy. Support Data Integration: Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources (e.g., sales, media spend, economic indicators, competitive activity) for use in the models. Support QA to ensure that all analysis tools are accurately pulling in data. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work across teams to understand business objectives and translate them into modelling requirements and clearly communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders. Support Model Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve modelling methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ad‑hoc Analysis: Respond to specific data‑related inquiries from different teams, providing quick insights to support decision‑making. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and techniques. Workflow Management: Prioritise tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimise business processes. Utilise and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Background in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, data science, economics, or other quantitative field. 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics. Core Technical Skills Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL for data analysis. Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modelling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science. Understanding of media mix modelling principles, including concepts like adstock, saturation curves, and base vs. incremental effects. Experience in analysing large and complex data sets to drive business insights and decisions. Data visualisation skills using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Preferred Technical Experience Knowledge of marketing measurement methods, including incrementality testing and attribution modelling concepts. Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran (a strong plus but not required). Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics) (a strong plus but not required). Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogues, and server‑side tracking). Soft Skills & Work Style Excellent communication skills, including ability to present complex forecast and modelling outputs to internal growth teams and stakeholders. Highly dependable, self‑starter with strong organisation, time‑management skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Data Accuracy Rate: Maintain a 95% accuracy rate on all processed data. Delivery Timeliness: 95% on‑time delivery of client communications and accurate data reports or analyses on time. Proactive communication in the case of delays or roadblocks. Measurement Execution: Independently executing forecasts within 90 days. Most Important Things (MITs) Strong understanding of statistical concepts: advanced modelling, marketing strategies, forecasting. Ensuring on‑time completion and delivery of all supported deliverables or assigned tasks. Maintaining ongoing communication with internal team members. A creative, problem‑solver mind with a foundation of hard data skills. Growth mindset – open to feedback and continuing to master Strategy and MarSci deliverables.
