You will support the Analyst Team, conducting audits to evaluate the health of marketing programs for new business and service expansion. You will run forecast analyses for each brand, managing workflows across multiple accounts, projects, and teams using Asana. The role requires proactive communication, problem solving, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, agency environment. Responsibilities Build and validate marketing mix models (MMMs) to analyze ROI of marketing channels. Forecast and scenario planning: analyze model outputs to provide actionable insights; create business and marketing forecasts, develop what-if scenarios. Support data integration: gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources for modeling. Support QA to ensure analysis tools accurately pull data. Collaborate across teams, translating business objectives into modeling requirements and communicating findings. Continuously evaluate and improve modeling methodologies. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making. Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and techniques. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Employ AI technologies to optimize business processes. Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in your department. Role Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, statistics, math, engineering, computer science, data science, economics or related field. Experience: 2+ years in marketing analytics, data-driven modeling. Technical: Proficiency in R or Python, SQL; data science concepts; media mix modeling; large data sets; visualization (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel). Preferred: Experience with marketing measurement, attribution modeling; ETL tools like Funnel.io, Fivetran; GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics; ad platform reporting. Soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation of complex models; dependable self-starter; strong organization; time management; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in English (written & spoken) at advanced level. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain data accuracy rate of 95%. Ensure 95% on-time delivery of client communications and data reports. Execute forecasts independently within 90 days. Most Important Things (MITs) Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
