That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Executive with a strong commercial mindset, global vision, and deep strategic knowledge of the B2B market. This role is not for everyone—it’s for someone with outstanding sales skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to open big doors with new clients to take our brand to a global scale. What will you do? You will close B2B business opportunities through consultative selling, combining a strong commercial mindset with empathy and the ability to build trust, ensuring clients feel supported and make quick, confident decisions about their plans. Additionally, you’ll excel at prospecting to bring in new clients from natural markets, scheduling meetings to deliver exceptional service, qualifying opportunities, handling objections with challenging clients, sending proposals, and following up to close deals—ultimately driving our brand to global scale. What do you need to be this leader? Education & Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. 5+ years of proven experience in closing sales (mandatory). Track record in meeting budgets, conversion, KPIs, handling objections, preferably in consulting, technology, or structured industries, client acquisition, hunting, B2B, platform sales, SaaS, etc. Critical Experience & Skills Experience in sectors such as technology, consulting, services, consumer goods, food & beverage, international trade. Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRMs , Office tools, communication platforms, KPI management systems, dashboards, etc. Who are you? Highly goal-oriented and motivated by commercial challenges. Excellent verbal communication and strong commercial presence, both in-person and virtual. Autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing your time and objectives effectively. Fast-paced and results-driven. Passionate about sales, ambitious, and eager for continuous growth. Globally minded and excited to be part of an international expansion project.
