We invite a talented Product Designer, passionate about AI, ML, and emerging design technologies, to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you'll help shape the future of a dynamic, high-impact performance management platform used by top global enterprises. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to contribute to a platform that helps companies and their teams stay aligned, focused, and on track with their goals.

  • Approach problems with curiosity and a growth-focused mindset, working through all phases of the design process
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define and deliver solutions to complex problems
  • Conduct rapid prototyping and iteration based on product requirements and stakeholder/user feedback
  • Communicate optimal user experiences through data insights, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design artifacts
  • Proactively identify and implement design changes and improvements to enhance functionality
  • Work closely with enterprise users to understand their needs and address them in the design process
  • Stay current with new technologies to help the team integrate AI and ML into user solutions
