Misión como** Product Designer **será guiar el proceso de diseño para encontrar áreas de oportunidad basadas en las necesidades y deseos de los usuarios para crear productos y servicios que generen valor a los usuarios y nos permitan cumplir los objetivos de negocio.

**Responsabilidades del rol**:

- Estructurar, liderar y ejecutar las investigaciones para conocer a nuestros usuarios y con base en los hallazgos tomar decisiones de diseño
- Trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinario y con stakeholders para articular las diferentes áreas de la compañía y tener la retroalimentación de cada una.
- Aterrizar un concepto en una propuesta concreta y materializalo en un prototipo de producto y/o experiência con sus funcionalidades.

- Diseñar un plan de validación en el cual se pruebe con los usuarios los prototipos de los productos o experiências e iteremos los aprendizajes de estas validaciones en una etapa temprana.
- Definir las métricas con las cuales se va conocer el éxito de nuestros productos, la usabilidad y la satisfacción de los usuarios
