Principales Responsabilidades Participa en el análisis de Entendimiento de Negocio y la definición de Usuario final que va dirigido el servicio/producto.
Elaboración de evaluaciones heurísticas y flujos de interacción.
Aplicación de actividades de arquitectura de información.
Aplicación de mejores prácticas de estándares de experiencia de usuario y usabilidad.
Elaboración de mapas de sitio, flujos de contenido y prototipos interactivos.
Manejo de Design Systems & UI Kits.
Revisión de calidad de DEV, definiciones de Usabilidad e interacciones.
Conocimiento de herramientas y procesos de Investigación de Usuarios.
Coordinación con el equipo de Disciplina de Diseño, compartir y transmitir conocimiento a los miembros del equipo a su cargo y otros equipos de Diseño, según sea el caso.
Requerimientos Experiencia trabajando en roles similares por lo menos por cuatro (4) años.
Perfil con Conocimiento y experiencia aplicado en DCU (diseño centrado en el usuario).
Fuerte conocimiento y experiencia en UX y UI.
Entendimiento de experiencias multicanal dentro de un ecosistema de productos y/o servicios digitales.
Pensamiento Crítico, Empatía, Comunicación asertiva, Trabajo en equipo, Flexibilidad, Negociación.
Pruebas de Usabilidad, Entrevistas, Análisis de Heurísticas, User Personas, Site Map, Benchmark, User Journey, Design System, Arquitectura de Información, Diseño de Interacción, Prototipado, Diseño UI, Frameworks, Usabilidad, Accesibilidad, Diseño de Producto.
Herramientas FIGMA Miro / Maze Agile / Design Sprint / Design Thinking.
