Digital & Social Media Coordinator – Medellín, Colombia Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST. Work Model: First 2 weeks onsite (training), then fully remote. English Level: C1+. We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our company’s online presence. This role involves overseeing social media channels, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across all digital platforms. Responsibilities Manage and update social media platforms. Create and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives. Monitor metrics, generate reports, and optimize performance. Coordinate digital and paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights. Support mobile app management and updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent digital communication. Work with the Traffic department to ensure proper campaign execution, reconciliation, and billing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. Experience with social media management tools and metrics analysis. Strong organizational, communication, and creative skills.
