Digital & Social Media Coordinator – Medellín, Colombia Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST Work Model: First 2 weeks onsite (training), then fully remote English Level: C1+ We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our company's online presence. This role involves overseeing social media channels, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across all digital platforms. Responsibilities
• Manage and update social media platforms.
• Create and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor metrics, generate reports, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate digital and paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
• Support mobile app management and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent digital communication.
• Work with the Traffic department to ensure proper campaign execution, reconciliation, and billing. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Experience with social media management tools and metrics analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and creative skills.
• Advanced English level (C1+). $4,800,000 - $4,800,000 a month
