Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Colombian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate accounting policies. Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and follow-ups. Present financial results, insights, and reports in English to global senior management. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Strengthen internal controls and optimize accounting procedures and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting with a valid professional license. 5-7+ years of experience in senior accounting roles or accounting leadership. Experience with NetSuite (required): strong understanding of NetSuite accounting modules, reporting, and system workflows. Advanced English (B2+) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge of IFRS and Colombian accounting regulations. Proven experience managing audits. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
