Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in End to End Recruitments Experienced SAP SD functional consultant focused on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Responsible for designing, configuring and supporting end-to-end OTC solutions in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), working closely with business stakeholders across sales, pricing, billing and logistics. The role includes requirement gathering, solution design, integration with other modules, testing, go‑live support and continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on Colombian localization and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements workshops with sales, billing, logistics and customer service stakeholders to capture OTC needs and translate them into SAP solutions. Design and configure SAP SD components: sales order management, pricing and condition techniques, availability check, deliveries, picking and goods issue, billing (FI-BL integration) and credit management. Implement and optimize order-to-cash processes including order capture, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, invoicing and accounts receivable handoffs. Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, TM, EWM, CRM and third-party systems via IDocs, BAPIs, APIs and middleware. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, forms (Smart Forms/Adobe Forms/Fiori), reports and interfaces; coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for development and transports. Lead testing activities: unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing; prepare test scripts, scenarios and coordinate defect resolution. Drive data migration and master data activities for customers, pricing, material master and conditions; support data cleansing and LSMW/CDATA/ETL approaches. Provide go‑live planning, cutover support and hypercare resolution for production issues; perform root cause analysis for high‑priority incidents. Deliver training materials, user guides and conduct end‑user training sessions; support change management. Maintain functional documentation, process maps and configuration guides; enforce best practices and reuse of configuration artifacts. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline OTC processes and leverage S/4HANA features or Fiori apps where relevant. Ensure compliance with Colombian statutory and tax requirements as they impact billing, invoicing and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on SAP SD experience with strong OTC focus in implementation, rollout or support projects. Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred; strong ECC experience is acceptable. Deep knowledge of SD sub‑modules: Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping/Delivery and Credit Management. Proven experience integrating SD with MM, FI/CO and logistics modules (EWM/TM) and third‑party systems. Strong functional understanding of business processes in order management, logistics and billing. Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams on enhancements and interfaces. Professional proficiency in Spanish and strong technical/business English for documentation and collaboration with global teams. Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and after‑hours support during cutovers and critical business periods. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales and Distribution. Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA OTC innovations (Sales Order Management, Billing to Cash, Embedded Analytics). Familiarity with electronic invoicing and Colombian tax/regulatory requirements (DIAN e‑invoicing, withholding, VAT considerations). Experience with pricing optimization, rebate/condition contract configuration and determination. Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and SAP Activate framework. Exposure to cloud‑hosted SAP landscapes and integration middleware (SAP PO/PI, CPI). Technical and Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; ability to design pragmatic solutions aligned to business needs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to present and socialize solution designs to business and technical audiences. Attention to detail in configuration, testing and documentation. Mentoring and knowledge‑transfer skills to support junior SD consultants and end users.
