Your Opportunity As a Relationship Manager , you’ll own and scale the ongoing success of our clients by combining high-touch relationship management with AI-powered tools and automation . This is a full-time role based in Medellín, Colombia , operating in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office . You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leveraging AI to proactively surface insights, identify risks, streamline workflows, and personalize the client experience. From the moment a plan goes live, you’ll partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Services to deliver exceptional outcomes — faster, smarter, and more consistently. You’ll also serve as the voice of the client , translating real-world feedback and data-driven insights into product enhancements and process improvements. In short, you’ll help co-create the future of AI-enabled client experience at ForUsAll.
