Juniper Travel Technology | Cali, Colombia Market Manager The Market Manager is responsible for developing and managing hotel portfolio and accommodation partnerships within assigned markets. ensuring seamless onboarding, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships. The Market Manager works closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver competitive products and maximize performanc weithin the Roibosdistribution network.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the onboarding process of new suppliers, ensuring full integration into systems, operational readiness, and compliance with company standards.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive rates, availability, and exclusive promotions.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to optimize pricing and product strategy.Monitor supplier performance and ensure service excellence for Roibos Distributors partners.Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to identify growth opportunities. KPIs / Performance Metrics Supplier activation rate: % of new suppliers successfully onboarded within target timeframe.Time-to-market: Average time taken from contracting to supplier go-live.Revenue growth and market share in assigned regions.Competitive rate and availability performance versus market benchmarks.Partner satisfaction and retention rates.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.+3 years of experience in hotel contracting, travel wholesale, or hospitality account management.Strong understanding of hospitality distribution, B2B wholesale, and channel management.Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and onboarding coordination.Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and hotel distribution systems (Channel Managers, PMS, GDS).Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).Negotiation and contracting expertiseOnboarding process managementMarket insight and strategic thinkingResults-oriented and commercially drivenProblem-solving and adaptability Ventajas • 100% parking coverage at Unicentro, provided through a monthly transportation allowance.• Flexible working hours and vacation policy , promoting work–life balance and overall well-being.• Remote work arrangement , allowing you to perform your duties from home.• Casual work environment – we work in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that encourages open communication and collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
