And now we’re looking for a Business Developer Assistant (BDA) to help execute our full sales engine. Responsibilities Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automation tools) Answer inbound calls , qualify leads & book meetings Coordinate Bigly AI outbound calling sequences Maintain CRM data, update the pipeline & track KPIs Build lead lists using our Virtual LeadGen system Support conferences & networking events Assist with follow-up,, and nurturing leads Book free-trial interviews with the HR Business Partner Prepare call briefs for CEO/Closer before discovery calls You will be the engine behind our inbound + outbound sales strategy. Qualifications & Traits ✔ Confident on the phone + great with people ✔ Organized, fast, and proactive ✔ Able to manage LinkedIn outreach & email sequences ✔ Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot or GHL-type systems) ✔ Loves networking, speaking with CEOs, and attending events ✔ Tech-savvy (automation tools, scraping tools, AI callers) ✔ Hungry to grow into a Business Developer or Sales Rep Bonus: Experience attending conferences or networking on behalf of a company.
