Job Description We are looking for a Commerce Strategist to support the strategic development and execution of commerce initiatives. This role will work closely with the Commerce Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-centric and data-driven strategies through digital channels. Responsibilities Develop commerce strategies tailored to specific markets, platforms, and consumer segments. Analyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and guide future planning. Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams to ensure cohesive and effective commerce experiences. Support the development of strategies for retail e-commerce (eRetail), direct-to-consumer (DTC), and commerce platforms. Contribute to client presentations, workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in digital strategy, commerce, or performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, eRetail dashboards). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Experience with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail brands is desirable.
