Join us in shaping the future of employee benefits What You’ll Do As a COBRA Product Support Specialist , you’ll play a key role in our Operations team , ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client experiences. Your work will help shape operational efficiency and make complex processes feel effortless. You will: ✔ Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm). ✔ Support COBRA rate renewals and open enrollment processes. ✔ Process COBRA files accurately and efficiently. ✔ Execute client‑specific workflows (daily, weekly, monthly). ✔ Deliver timely, effective client support and proactive follow‑up in line with SLAs. ✔ Generate reports and fulfill data requests for clients according to ThrivePass standards. ✔ Assist team members with COBRA‑related tasks and projects. Must Haves Advanced English level (B2+). 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles or business process outsourcing. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms; comfortable with data analysis and management. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of insurance concepts like COBRA and HIPAA. Empathy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
