Position Overview You will lead interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers on a part‑time basis. Available Positions Instructor: Workshops for AI‑Assisted Programming Course (C++ focus) – conducting workshops for C++ developers from the gaming industry Instructor: AI‑Assisted Programming (General) – teaching developers from various backgrounds and specializations Instructor: AI‑Assisted Programming (Spanish Speaking) – delivering training in Spanish for Latin American and Spanish audiences Your Responsibilities Conduct interactive live training sessions on AI‑assisted coding (prompting, code generation, debugging with AI, and productivity workflows). Prepare workshop scenarios and training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Designer. Communicate with students during Q&A sessions and provide guidance. Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design. Contribute reusable materials (code snippets, prompt libraries, challenge tasks, best practice guides). Requirements At least 5 years of professional software development experience (C++ experience required for the C++ focus position). Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms. Understanding of secure coding practices and AI‑related risks in software development. Solid knowledge of system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling. Familiarity with command line tools, browser DevTools, and modern development workflows. Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, and engaging formats. Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication (native or fluent Spanish required for the Spanish‑speaking position). Experience in live facilitation: prompting discussions, handling Q&A sessions, and adapting in real‑time. Strong presentation skills and confidence in leading interactive workshops. Collaborative and audience‑oriented mindset. Background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, conference speaking, or technical mentoring. Experience teaching, coaching, or training developers or engineering teams. Strong time management and preparation habits. Availability of at least 10‑15 hours per week. Bonus Points Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, VSCode Live Share, etc.). Russian language skills. Active participation in developer communities or open‑source projects.
