The Role We’re now looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the team and support the Product Lead in shaping and scaling the product experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, work with AI, and grow into a full Product role. What You’ll Do Support the product lead in defining features, user stories, and product roadmaps. Talk to customers to make sure they’re happy, understand their use cases, and turn insights into product improvements. Coordinate with design and engineering to ensure smooth delivery and clear priorities. Contribute to research and benchmarking of AI tools and competitors. Analyze usage data and feedback to help guide product evolution. Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance productivity and product workflows. Help craft content and communications around new product launches or features. What We’re Looking For You might have studied something related to product, business, marketing, or AI, or maybe you’ve just been experimenting with tools and side projects on your own. Either way, you’re hungry to learn. Live in Madrid (or nearby) and can collaborate in person when needed. Are fluent in English and Spanish — context-switching doesn’t scare you. Have up to 2 years of experience in a product‑related environment. Communicate clearly, listen actively, and enjoy turning messy ideas into structure. Play around with AI tools, have a favorite prompt or two, and know how to make them work for you. Stay calm when things change — you adapt fast and stay focused on outcomes. Care about your craft — whether it’s writing a doc, testing a feature, or talking to users, you take pride in doing it well.
