You will work daily with the founders of the company and the engineering team and be given the resources required for you to move fast and effectively.As the technical product manager, you'll own the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap. From writing technical specs and coordinating with engineers, to testing features in staging and ensuring seamless production releases. You'll help streamline the development cycle by acting as the main point of contact between the founders and the dev team, removing blockers, and ensuring deadlines are met.This is the perfect role for someone that is hungry to make a real impact at a growth-stage company. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for the full product lifecycle and be able to impact thousands of users.Key Responsibilities:Product Roadmap & ExecutionOwn the organization and execution of our product roadmap Create detailed specifications for the engineering team based on a PRD Manage release planning and coordination by keeping the development team on track Manage Development CycleReview pull requests Test new features in staging Facilitate QA for new features or bug fixes Approve new features and changes for deployment on production Data Collection and AnalysisIdentify areas for data collection when it comes to new features Work with development team to implement tracking of features Analyze usage of features and run experiments RequirementsExperience translating product changes and customer feedback into technical specifications for engineering teams Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar product analytics tools Technical background or software development experience Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines Experience working at the intersection of product teams and engineering Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions about product features and customer behaviour Highly organized and able to juggle multiple roadmap tasks Speaks and writes English with fluency Within 5 hours of PST timezone Thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment 1-3 years of experience in a similar product management role Not mandatory, but highly valued:UI/UX design in Figma or similar tools Personal projects that demonstrate your abilities pertaining to this role Previous experience with 2-sided marketplaces BenefitsFully remote role with a strong emphasis on asynchronous work USD $3,000 /month 2 weeks paid vacation Annual cash performance bonus based on the growth and performance of the company Significant growth potential in both role and compensation as we continue to scale Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Product Management and Marketing Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sur LATAM by 2x Get notified about new Technical Product Manager jobs in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia .
