- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively into the company. - Employee Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Foster a positive workplace environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. - Performance Management:
Establish and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching employees.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities. - Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date employee handbooks and communicate policy changes effectively.
Manage and monitor workplace safety and health initiatives. - Compensation and Benefits:
Design competitive compensation packages to attract and retain employees.
Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Conduct market research to ensure the company remains competitive in its offerings. - HR Data and Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and absenteeism.
Use data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes. - Leadership and Strategy:
Align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and develop the HR team to achieve department and company goals.
Serve as an advisor to leadership on HR best practices and trends.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of the local labor market.
- Established network of contacts with recruitment agencies and intermediaries.
- Valid driver's license.
