Video Editor – The Zone Podcast Studio Full-time Languages - Spanish and English Compensation: Based on experience About the Role The Zone Podcast Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with solid experience in Adobe Premiere Pro to bring our podcast recordings to life for YouTube and social media. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw video content into engaging, professional episodes and attention-grabbing vertical clips. This is a client-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who not only edits well, but can also communicate clearly and confidently when needed. Responsibilities Create short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from long-form episodes Sync audio and video tracks with precision Add intros, outros, transitions, B-roll, subtitles, and motion graphics Implement branding elements (lower thirds, logos, overlays) Maintain organized file structures and version tracking Collaborate with the sound engineer and content creators Deliver final videos on time and within the scope of each project Minimum 2 years of professional experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of social media formats (vertical clips, captions, hooks) Familiarity with basic audio sync, color correction, and title animation Ability to follow creative direction and meet deadlines Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro (DaVinci Resolve knowledge is highly valued) Bonus Experience working with multi-camera setups and remote guest integrations (e.g. Riverside, Zoom recordings) Experience with Adobe After Effects or Canva for animated graphics A good eye for marketing-style cuts (clipping highlights, crafting hooks, using b-roll) Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and retention techniques Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
