This role blends sales, relationships, and logistics knowledge, making it a great fit for someone who understands how freight works and is ready to step into a more commercial role. You don’t need to come from a traditional broker background. If you’ve worked in logistics, operations, or carrier-facing roles and are excited to grow into brokerage, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Find and develop new customer relationships. Negotiate rates and build strong, reliable carrier partnerships. Manage shipments from quoting to delivery follow-up. Work closely with internal teams to solve issues and ensure on‑time service. Keep an eye on the market to offer smart, competitive solutions. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in logistics (operations, carrier sales, dispatch, track & trace, or similar). Interest in moving into a sales-driven freight broker role. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Comfort using TMS, CRM, or freight platforms. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
