Dispatcher
who enjoys teamwork, communication, and making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Find and book solid-paying loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other platforms
• Support drivers with clear guidance, smart routing, and quick problem-solving
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and handle issues before they escalate
• Stay in close, friendly communication with drivers, brokers, and shippers
• Keep everything organized and up to date in our dispatch systems

What We're Looking For

• At least
  2 years of experience in U.S. freight dispatch
• Comfort working with load boards and negotiating rates
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• An organized, proactive mindset and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
