This role requires close collaboration with the Senior Country Manager, the Latam Platform, and the primary business lines in New York to help develop goals and strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the Bank. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Country Manager in identifying, establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with key clients, global clients, and sponsors in Colombia. Focus on both Corporate and Financial Institutions, marketing various product lines (Global Markets, DCM, syndications, corporate and project finance, trade finance, etc.). Support the origination and assist product lines in New York with the structuring and execution of transactions in Colombia. Help monitor the client portfolio by engaging in strategic dialogues with clients, facilitating visible transactions and mandates, and developing cross-selling opportunities. Identify clients' financial needs and coordinate with Natixis’ dedicated team to offer optimal financial solutions. Collaborate with business lines to formulate and coordinate strategies, and contribute to strategic planning and development of operations. Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of the budget in conjunction with the respective business lines. Interact with New York's structuring and legal teams to support transaction execution. Coordinate with the Middle Office and NY Latam Platform to follow up on deal development. Ensure proper onboarding and periodic review processes for each client. Produce Credit Applications and Company & Industry Analysis for the client base, including renewing existing facilities and supporting new transactions. Maintain data quality in the Bank's systems to support the Credit Process, KYC, and monthly results reporting. Prepare weekly pipeline reports on the CRM for identified or pitched opportunities. Assist the Senior Country Manager in ensuring compliance with local authorities’ requirements, including submission of regulatory reports. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in client management or a related field. Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing client interactions. Proven access to Corporate clients and Sponsors. Language skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of French is a plus. Technical skills: Understanding of financial structuring, cash flow modeling, negotiation, due diligence, credit analysis, and project documentation. Proficiency in software applications, including Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of delivering clear and comprehensive presentations to clients. Team-oriented with the ability to contribute effectively toward collective organizational goals and problem-solving. Capable of decision-making through problem analysis, data search, and realistic judgment, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions and take action. Proactive and responsive to client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
