Accountabilities: Lead and manage a team of Corporate Growth Specialists to achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to LATAM markets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Coach and mentor team members to enhance consultative sales techniques, negotiation skills, and deal‑closing effectiveness. Conduct performance evaluations and provide developmental feedback to foster continuous improvement.
