We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. We are committed to expanding our reach and impact, and we need talented individuals who are ready to contribute to our growth You will be responsible for Managing courier acquisition, engagement, and retention, including cooperation with courier companies Designing and improving operational flows across courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet, and partner management Monitoring performance metrics and identifying operational gaps across warehouse and last-mile operations Supporting the execution of targeted projects to improve key operational indicators Providing recommendations based on data analysis and deep knowledge of daily operations Overseeing core performance metrics across courier companies You might be a fit if you have Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets Experience in last-mile, logistics, or marketplace operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of services and processes An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and trends It’d be a plus if you have Experience with data visualization tools *The terms of cooperation with companies of the Yango group or its partners may vary from those indicated on the website; please check with the recruiter for details.
